phpar Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and phpar (hereinafter "phpar," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phpar.org (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or bet on any game offered through phpar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of phpar constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

To register and maintain an account on phpar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine gambling law and the PAGCOR regulatory framework. phpar strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification (KYC).
• Residency: You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines. phpar is licensed to operate within the Philippines and directs its services exclusively to Philippine residents.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction may not register.
• Not Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from phpar or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an officer, director, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of phpar, its affiliated companies, or any of its gaming providers.

phpar reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual may register one (1) phpar account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual, along with forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. phpar is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. phpar will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify phpar support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

As required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines, phpar requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys Card
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Passport (DFA issued)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

phpar may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of address, source of funds, or a live selfie with the submitted ID. Players who fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by phpar will have their withdrawal requests held pending verification.

phpar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, InstaPay-enabled bank accounts, PesoNet transfers, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter payments.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment processors may impose their own limits. All funds deposited into your phpar account are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpar does not accept cryptocurrencies, foreign currencies, or third-party payment transfers.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit and that is verified as belonging to the registered account holder. phpar does not transfer funds to third parties. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals requested before completion of KYC verification will be held until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

phpar endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and Maya — 5 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank via InstaPay — 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes apply during normal operating hours. phpar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

phpar is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. phpar may delay, suspend, or refuse to process any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it, in its sole discretion, suspects may be related to money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity. phpar is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law.

All games available on phpar are governed by individual game rules published within each game's information panel. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

All electronic casino games on phpar use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from certified third-party providers. The RNG systems used by phpar's game suppliers are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness by recognized testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information section.

Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant being played. All live dealer games are streamed in real time. Decisions made by the dealer are final and binding. Disconnection from a live game does not void a wager already placed.

Sports betting markets on phpar, including PBA, NBA, UFC, football, and boxing markets, are governed by phpar's Sportsbook Rules. Settlement of bets is based on official results from recognized governing bodies. phpar reserves the right to void bets placed on markets with manifest pricing errors.

In the event of a system malfunction, technical failure, or communication error that disrupts a game session, phpar reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the applicable wager amounts to players' accounts. phpar will not pay out winnings that result from a technical error or system fault.

phpar may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive programs to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• phpar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using phpar bonuses, or wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics — will have their bonuses cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and may have their accounts closed.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpar platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.

• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to coordinated play in poker, shared card information, or multi-accounting in tournaments.
• Fraud: Attempting to deposit funds using fraudulent payment instruments, stolen credentials, or unauthorized third-party accounts.
• Money laundering: Using the phpar platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a deposit you made to phpar without first contacting phpar support and giving phpar a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
• Impersonation: Registering or using an account under a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to obtain winnings that would not have been available absent the error.
• Providing access to minors: Allowing or facilitating access to your phpar account by a person under 21 years of age.

phpar is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the Platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. phpar strongly encourages all players to set limits on their gambling activity and to stop if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect their financial wellbeing, relationships, or mental health.

phpar makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further gameplay is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set number of consecutive hours of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the phpar Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the phpar brand name and logo, is the property of phpar or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: download or copy any content for commercial purposes; modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use phpar's brand name, logo, or trademarks without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content will terminate the licence granted herein and may constitute infringement of phpar's intellectual property rights, for which phpar reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpar, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or business information;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond phpar's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Losses arising from your violation of these Terms;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where phpar was not at fault.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law, phpar's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpar account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpar collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

The types of personal data phpar collects, the purposes for which they are processed, the legal bases for processing, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights are set out in detail in phpar's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.

By registering an account with phpar, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that phpar is required to share certain personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law, and that such sharing does not constitute a breach of phpar's obligations to you.

You may close your phpar account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Requests for account closure will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, subject to verification requirements having been met, will be returned to you through your registered withdrawal method.

phpar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or another relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual;
• Activity consistent with problem gambling where continued account access would be contrary to responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, phpar reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where closure is for any other reason, phpar will return any verified eligible balance to the account holder.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the phpar Platform — including but not limited to disputes relating to game outcomes, payment transactions, bonus terms, or account decisions — you should first contact phpar's customer support team via live chat. phpar will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with phpar's response, you may escalate the matter to phpar's compliance team by providing a written summary of your complaint and the outcome of your initial contact with support. The compliance team will conduct a formal review and issue a written determination within ten (10) business days.

If the matter remains unresolved following phpar's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the dispute to PAGCOR in its capacity as the regulatory authority overseeing phpar's operations. phpar will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led investigation or mediation process.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through phpar's internal dispute resolution process or through PAGCOR mediation.

phpar makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal is done at the user's own risk and is contrary to these Terms.

phpar reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

When phpar makes material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the phpar Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
